Instruments/Software This workshop will be performed on a CrestOptics V3 Spinning Disk with Oko-labs live-cell incubation. Live-cell samples with various Spirochrome probes will be used to demonstrate live-cell imaging techniques to attendees. At the completion of the course, attendees will be able to purchase their own trial pack of selected Spirochrome live-cell probes at a substantial discount - allowing attendees to apply the lessons they have learned to their own samples and projects. After data acquisition, Image-Pro AI will be used for image analysis.
